Despite it's retro cool this was yesterday's short straw for the ride to #DunhamMassey The #Raleigh 20 Stowaway is a great bike but not a canal tow path mile muncher. Resulted in a trip to local bike shop to look at alternatives for middle child this morning. These bikes make a very interesting basis for customisation but this one was too nice in its original state, complete with 70's stickers. With a little effort they pack down well and we took this one away to France in the boot of the car once, along with the somewhat more refined Brompton. Had to leave the carrier and mud guards at home but it made a great bike for trips out to the local shops for emergency croissant supplies and a family day out touring the coast. #Shopper #Raleigh20 #RetroBike #Stowaway #Bikes #Cycling
